Peugeot 307

1. Pull out the steering wheel.
2. Unscrew the two screws from the bottom using a Torx screwdriver.
3. Gently remove the upper and lower covers of the steering column.
4. Disconnect the plugs from the immobilizer coil and ignition connector, then unclip the cable harness from below and move it aside.
5. Unscrew the breakaway screws by striking them with a flat screwdriver.
6. A) If the key no longer turns the ignition switch:
   • Punch out the locking pin from bottom to top until it completely pops out of the housing.
7. B) If the key still turns the ignition switch:
   • Insert the key into the ignition switch and turn it to the first position.
   • Press the locking pin from above and pull out the ignition switch.
